According to the new data released by the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS®, the Colorado Springs real estate market is showing signs that 2016 is going to be even more aggressive than 2015 was.

The Bottom line:

This is the first time in several months that we have seen more homes come on the market, than sold. Hopefully this is an indicator of a much needed boost to our housing inventory.

The Colorado Springs Real Estate Market Report for December 2015

According to the new data released by the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS®, the Colorado Springs real estate market is showing signs that 2016 is going to be even more aggressive than 2015 was.

The Bottom line:

Our Days on the Market is down to 60, which is the lowest it has been in years. This is due to a steady increase in home sales for the past year, all while our inventory has slowly depleted. It looked liked more homes were going to be coming on the market with November's data, but December still shows signs that there are many more homes being bought than currently being listed for sale. This is what creates a strong seller's market.

The Colorado Springs Real Estate Market Report for November, 2015

According to the new data released by the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS®, the Colorado Springs real estate market is still going strong, but starting to slow down a bit for Winter as expected.

The Bottomline:

Our Days on the Market is down to 59 days, which is the lowest that it has been in years. This is due to a steady increase in home sales for the past year, while our inventory has slowly depleted. Fortunately, this is also the first month in a long time where we have had more homes listed than in the same time a year ago, so we should start to balance out by Spring if the numbers continue in this direction.

According to the new data released by the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS®, the Colorado Springs real estate market is still going strong, but starting to slow down a bit for Winter as expected.

The Bottomline:

We had 12.2% more homes sold than this time last year. There are also 16.2% fewer listings on the market than this time last year. This is keeping home values steady and causing our market to sell homes fast when they are priced right.

We had 13.9% more homes sold than this time last year. That's a large increase. There are also 16.1% fewer listings on the market than this time last year. This means that we are still in a STRONG SELLER'S MARKET.

According to the new data released by the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS®, the Colorado Springs real estate market is still going strong and showing fewer signs of slowing than in July.

The Bottomline:

We had 19.7% more homes sold than this time last year. That's a HUGE increase. There are also 17.8% fewer listings on the market than this time last year. This means that we are still in a STRONG SELLER'S MARKET.

According to the new data released by the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS®, the Colorado Springs real estate market is starting to show some signs of slowing down after a very busy year so far.

The Bottomline:

We had 14.5% more homes under contract than this time last year, but that is only have as many as the previous months. We also had a 12.5% increase in new listings, which is balancing out our market.

According to the new data released by the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS®, the Colorado Springs real estate market is steadily selling inventory, while also gaining more home buyers, following the same trends from previous months. 

The Bottomline:

We had 22% more homes under contract than this time last year. We also have 25% fewer listings than this time last year. This means the market is still favoring sellers right now.
