According to the new data released by the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS® for March 2019, the Colorado Springs real estate market is on track for another busy year.

The Bottom line:

March was a very busy month. It felt similar to this time last year when the inventory was very low and buyers in the lower price ranges had a hard getting their offers accepted.

Let's take a look at the March 2019 real estate market for Colorado Springs:

  • New Listings: 1,525 Down -13.3% from last year)
  • Sold Listings: 1,224 (Down -0.6% from last year)
  • Total Active Listings: 1,461 (Up +6.6% from last year)
  • Median Sales Price: $315,000 (Up +5.0% from last year)
  • List To Sold Price Ratio: 99.0% (Down -1.1% from last year)
  • Days on the Market: 36 Days (Up 7.7% from last year)
