The Colorado Springs Real Estate Market Report for March 2018

According to the new data released by the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS® for March 2018, the Colorado Springs real estate market is showing signs of a possible slow down.

The Bottom line:

The Median Sales Price has just reached a record high of $300,000. At the same time, our overall sales have dropped by 1%. This may mean that we will experience a slow down soon, which is very much needed for our market to balance out and being home prices to a more reasonable level.

  • Sold Listings: 1,231 (Down -1.3% from last year)
  • Total Active Listings: 1,371 (Down -5.8% from last year)
  • Median Sales Price: $300,000 (Up +10.7% from last year)
  • List To Sold Price Ratio: 100.1% (Down -0.3% from last year)
  • Days on the Market: 28 Days (Down -22.0% from last year)
