We had nearly the same amount of homes sold this June as we did last year. At the same time, the median home price has risen 12% since last year. Those two numbers will have to balance out soon.

- Days on the Market: 21 Days (Down -19.3% from last year)
The Colorado Spring's Real Estate Market Appears To Be Shifting.
We have had a lower number of sales in the Pike's Peak area for 5 out of the last 6 months. At the same time, our prices have been steadily climbing all year.
