According to the new data released by the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS® for January 2017, the Colorado Springs real estate market is ramping up and appears to be on track to set new records this year.

We have 30% fewer homes on the market than this time last year. We need more homes for sale!

- Total Under Contract: 1,875 (Down- 7.5% from last year)
- List To Sold Price Ratio: 99.2% (Up +0.6% from last year)
- Days on the Market: 44 Days (Down 26.7% from last year)
The Colorado Springs Real Estate Market is Headed for Another Crazy Year!
Homebuyer demand is still at an all-time high in Colorado Springs, while the supply is at an all-time low. This is creating many multiple offer situations and tough markets for buyers in the low price ranges where there is less inventory.
