According to the new data released by the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS® for February 2019, the Colorado Springs real estate market is on track for another busy year.

The Bottom line:

2018 was a busy year for real estate in Colorado Springs. So far, the stats for January and February of 2019 are very close to 2018's numbers.

Let's take a look at the February 2019 real estate market for Colorado Springs:

  • New Listings: 1,215 Down -1.5% from last year)
  • Sold Listings: 923 (Down -2.4% from last year)
  • Total Active Listings: 1,518 (Up +23.5% from last year)
  • Median Sales Price: $315,000 (Up +7.7% from last year)
  • List To Sold Price Ratio: 99.3% (Down -0.3% from last year)
  • Days on the Market: 43 Days (Up 7.0% from last year)
