The Colorado Spring's Real Estate Market has Slowed Down for Winter!

We had almost the same number of homes sold in December of last year as we did this year. The big factor that will determine our sale for 2018 will be inventory. We currently have 17.5% fewer homes for sale now than we did at this time last year. That means that this Summer's supply and demand is going to be even more intense than last year.

This is a predictable time of the year for the Colorado Springs real estate market. We typically sell twice as many homes in the Summer as in the Winter.
